Contact Form submissions and Payments
When visitors leave contact information and preferences for subscription types on our site we collect the data shown in the contact form. Our contact form sends the input data to a remotely accessed database in our secure account on HubSpot. Our contact form is GDPR compliant and by submitting the contact form you agree that we have a legitimate basis to process your data and to communicate with you. If you want to access, correct, amend, or delete data submitted via the contact form you must contact us as the data controller at info@yogainverness.co.uk.
When visitors to our site book a class, payment is made via paypal. We do not place any cookies on your browser for tracking purposes. The data collected by paypal is required to complete the payment transaction and is not processed or stored by us. Details of the data collected during these transactions can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full. The email address of the payee is retained by paypal and is visible to the administrators of the Yoga Inverness paypal account for the purpose of confirming your payment/booking by email from us (info@yogainverness.co.uk) and providing you with any information you requite to attend the class, workshop or course purchased. Your email address will not be used for any other form of communication unless you have provided it via the contact form and requested subscription types.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
