Event Details
This class focuses on the fundamental postures (asanas) which will leave your mind calmer and your body stronger, It is suitable for everybody and beginners are welcome. Last class of the month is restorative. £45 for a block of five classes starting 22nd September to 27th October (no class on 20th October).
