Forthcoming Iyengar Yoga workshops in Inverness

We tend to organise a number of workshops with visiting (and local) teachers.  These are aimed at students with some experience at classes as they tend to focus on deepening practice rather than being for beginners, that being the role of the local teacher.  Students are encouraged to try these out.  Booking in advance is essential as they are popular. 

Saturday 11th February 2012 - workshop with Teresa Berg at Findhorn.  To book please download a flyer from our library section.

Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th August 2012 - Tartanheart Festival at Belladrum.  Free classes in Madame Fifi's Dance Parlour at noon. Just turn up, bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Sunday 19th August 2012 - Day of Yoga with Fiona Sarjeant at Anam Cara.  To book please use the flyer in our library section.
