A special workshop for pregnancy will take place at Anam Cara, Kinmylies in Inverness on 7th March 2010 aimed at mums-to-be covering the sort of practice they should be undertaking during pregnancy.  Those under 9 weeks pregant and over 13 weeks pregnant may attend.  The cost is £20 and the workshop runs from 10am to 1pm.  To book a place download our flyer and follow the instructions. The teacher is Fiona Sarjeant.  A similar workshop is planned for November.
