16 March 2020Classes update
A basic foundation of Yoga is that of "ahimsa" or non-violence; whether this is towards others or ourselves and as such we have taken the decision to suspend all public classes for the moment. This was based on the news this evening about limiting travel and avoiding public places to help prevent the spread of the virus.
We live to teach and spread the amazing gift that is Iyengar Yoga and so will recommence classes as soon as we can. We will update this page with further information on this as soon as we can.
In the meantime please do not give up your practice! Please use the sheets in our library section Home Practice 1 and Home Practice 2 and check out our Facebook page for tips on practice. soe classes will also run on-line. Stay safe!
