Anam Cara is sometimes closed to outside classes so the term ahead for Fiona Sarjeant's Yoga classes in Inverness is as follows:

Wednesdays August 18th; September 15th, 22nd & 29th; October 6th and 20th; November 3rd, 10th and 24th; December 1st , 8th and 15th.

This is a 12 week term.  Please accept my apologies for the disruption.

There is a workshop focussing on yoga practice during pregnancy for mums-to-be at 14 weeks and over taking place at Anam Cara, Inverness on Saturday 6th November.  Please download a booking form for further information and to reserve a place.
