Forthcoming Iyengar Yoga workshops in Inverness

We tend to organise a number of workshops with visiting (and local) teachers.  These are aimed at students with some experience at classes as they tend to focus on deepening practice rather than being for beginners, that being the role of the local teacher.  Students are encouraged to try these out.  Booking in advance is essential as they are popular. 

We are currently finalising our 2010 programme and we hope to confirm our visiting senior teachers in the next few weeks.   Watch this space or speak to any of the teachers for further information.

Friday 6th and Saturday 7th August - Tartanheart Festival at Belladrum.  Free classes for both adults (noon) and childrent (1pm) in Madame Fifi's Dance Parlour.  Thanks to all who participated - a great weekend!
