Our classes are held in and around Inverness and are graded at two different levels.  Are timetable is shown below but may also be downloaded here.  Any holidays and class cancellations will be on the news page There are also links to other certified Iyengar teachers elsewhere in the Highlands, Moray and Argyll and beyond.

Level A: this class is suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to work on introductory poses.

Level B: this class is suitable for those with at least 2 year's attendance at a level A class and who wish to work more intensively and develop their practice of the inverted postures.  Those attending are advised to develop a home practice.  Pranayama is taught at the end of each month.
