Classes

Classes are based at various locations in Inverness and beyond.  Classes are graded at different levels.  Links to other certified Iyengar trained teachers outwith the immediate Inverness area are given.  Any holidays and class cancellations will be on the news page

Level A: this class is suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to work on introductory poses.

Level B: this class is suitable for those with at least 1 year attendance at a level A class and who wish to work more intensively and develop their practice of the inverted postures.  Those attending are advised to develop a home practice.  Pranayama is taught at the end of each month.
